What is Christian Agent Referral?

ChristianAgentReferral.com is a Christ-focused Real Estate Referral Service that puts buyers and sellers of Real Estate (land, homes, condominiums, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, etc.) in touch with a Christian Realtor in their area, and upon the closing we then donate 10% of that realtor's regular commission charges to the buyer or seller’s church, ministry, or charity of their choice.

Our mission is to finance the Gospel and provide finances to those in need around the world by giving away millions of dollars to churches, charities, and ministries through providing top quality Real Estate referral services.
 

How much money are we talking about? What's the potential?

According to the National Association of Realtors there are approximately 6.9 million existing home sales in the United States each year. This figure is projected to remain stable and does not include new construction or commercial sales.

If we where to join together with just 2% of those Real Estate transactions (138,000) at an average sales price of $200,000, we would be giving away approximately $82 Million dollars every year! In fact, this is a low-end esitmate, considering that the National Association of Realtors reports the median home price in the U.S. as $218,000 as of May 2006.
 

How do you determine how much is donated?

We will give away the First 10% of the commission (see examples below)

The average Commission is 3% of the sales price for each side of the transaction, the listing side or the selling side. Agents pay for referrals on only one side on the transaction. The commission could be a little higher or lower than 3% depending on the sale price.
